INTERNATIONAL
APPALACHIAN TRAIL
IN MAINE

Running from Baxter State Park in Northern Maine to Quebec, the International Appalachian Trail was completed in 2000. Much of the Maine segment follows rural roads. Katahdin Lodge is one mile north of the intersection where the trail turns off of northbound Aroostook Scenic Highway (Maine State Route #11) and heads eastbound onto Town Line (Moro) Road. We offer a relaxing night's stay and a full breakfast to trail hikers. There is also a small camp store in our lodge.
